Leon Coe is the founder of Amplify Intelligence, president of the Houston AI Club, and a voice-AI founder who exited in 2022. His work sits at the intersection of executive coaching, implementation, community leadership, and hands-on experimentation with the models and tools reshaping how organizations work.
Operating history
Built from the operator side of AI.
Leon started his first AI company in the voice AI space in 2017, built it, scaled it, and exited in 2022. That experience made the gap obvious: there is a big difference between AI that demos well and AI that survives contact with a real business.
Amplify exists for leaders in that gap. The work helps executives and teams build enough fluency to make better decisions, use AI on real workflows, and understand what should happen before bigger investments are made.
